Every Friday I’ll be posting another dinner guest wish list in my guest series, Come Dine With…
This series asks all sorts of bloggers who their dream dinner guests are, and why. As you’ll find out there is quite an eclectic mix! This weeks dinner guest wish list is from Anna. You can find Anna’s blog over at Anna In Wonderland.

So without further ado, let’s Come Dine With…Anna In Wonderland
Anne Frank – This one is a no-brainer for me as I did my doctoral thesis on Anne. I would love to hear her thoughts and feelings about how her work is interpreted in society today and whether it is what she would have wanted or not. The question is always being asked rhetorically by scholars, so hearing a definitive answer would be amazing.
Dr. Edith Eger -: Dr. Eger is a Holocaust survivor as well and recently wrote the book The Choice which details her experience in the Holocaust as well as journey to reconcile with her trauma and move on to a successful career and family life. I would love to speak with her about her work with other survivors and ask her more questions about her book.
My grandparents – I suppose this counts as four people, but I will lump them together as one. They all passed away when I was in elementary school or my teens, except my grandma who lived until I was in my 20s, but had dementia in her later years so I never really got to know her. I have lists of questions I would love to ask them about their lives, their relationships with each other, our family heritage and so on.
Kris Jenner – People joke with me all of the time about how I love trashy reality TV and am really into serious subjects, but you need a little levity sometimes. I actually ran into her at JFK Airport once, but obviously didn’t get to speak to her. I would be really interested in how she was able to turn her family, who are not all that impressive or talented in their own merit, into a super successful empire….and also hear some juicy gossip.
Selena Gomez – As Selena and I both suffer with Lupus SLE, I’d love to sit down and speak to her about how she handles her SLE while being in such a demanding job and how it affects her in terms of personal relationships, etc.
Louisa May Alcott – Little Women is probably one of my all time favourite novels, and I would love to hear about her experiences getting it published as a woman during that time period. I would also like to know what she thinks about its role in society today and how popular it has become.
Don’t forget to check out Anna on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram too!
